  • 12 oz spaghetti your choice of type
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus some for topping
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for added depth
Sauce
  • 2 cups marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning to elevate the flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cooking the Spaghetti

Preparing the Cream Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
Combining the Ingredients
  1. In a large pot or baking dish, combine the cooked spaghetti with the cream sauce mixture. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until well-coated.
Baking the Dish
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with additional mozzarella cheese for that melty goodness.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown on top.
Serving
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes, then dish it out and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave, adding a splash of water or marinara sauce to keep creamy.
