- Rinse the broccoli florets in cold water. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- To the bowl of chopped broccoli, add the raisins, sunflower seeds, and diced red onion.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss until everything is well coated and mixed.
- Allow the salad to sit in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best results, store dressing and salad components separately if freezing.
