Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot) Adjust for desired spice level
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh green onions, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix well until creamy and all ingredients are combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the dip.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once ready, remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, microwave for a minute or two, stirring halfway through. For freezing, let it cool completely and store in a freezer-friendly container for up to 3 months.
