  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing Choose based on preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Classic choice for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese Optional for garnish.
  • to taste green onions, chopped Optional for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and ranch or blue cheese dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions, if desired.
  3. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Redirects flavor by experimenting with different cheeses or adding jalapeños for an extra kick.
