- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and the broccoli is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crunchy finish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
