Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Can use grilled or rotisserie chicken
  • 4 wraps whole wheat or spinach wraps Use any preferred wrap
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped for crunch
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor
Greek Yogurt Dressing
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt For a healthy dressing
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove grated garlic For flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Optional
  • to taste salt and black pepper Don't skip on the black pepper!
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste Optional for additional flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Warm the wraps slightly to make them flexible.
  2. Prepare the shredded chicken by making sure it's bite-sized.
Assembly
  1. Layer the shredded chicken on the warmed wrap.
  2. Generously drizzle Greek yogurt dressing over the chicken.
  3. Add romaine lettuce and grated parmesan on top.
  4. Wrap the tortilla tightly and ensure it's secure.
  5. For extra crispiness, grill the wrap on a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side.
Serving
  1. Serve extra dressing on the side for dipping.

Feel free to customize your wraps with additional toppings like cherry tomatoes, roasted chickpeas, or other veggies.
