Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the buffalo chicken mixture.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping items.
Notes
For alternatives, shredded tofu or jackfruit can be used as a vegetarian substitute. Make ahead of time and store in the fridge covered. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
