  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust spice to your liking
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the buffalo chicken mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping items.

Notes

For alternatives, shredded tofu or jackfruit can be used as a vegetarian substitute. Make ahead of time and store in the fridge covered. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
