Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended and creamy.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. For added crunch, add breadcrumbs if desired.
Cooking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
