Preparation
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the softened cream cheese and chicken broth on top.
Cooking
- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once done, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
Combining and Serving
- Stir the shredded chicken back into the creamy mixture.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
- Serve the crack chicken warm, topped with green onions.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat by thawing in the fridge overnight, then microwave or warm on low heat.
