  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and chicken broth on top.
Cooking
  1. Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  2. Once done, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
Combining and Serving
  1. Stir the shredded chicken back into the creamy mixture.
  2. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
  3. Serve the crack chicken warm, topped with green onions.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat by thawing in the fridge overnight, then microwave or warm on low heat.
