  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until everything is well-coated.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
  5. Pour the entire mixture into your crockpot and spread it evenly.
  6. Set your crockpot on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once it’s bubbly and heated through, serve warm garnished with green onions if desired.
