Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional Garnish
  • 1/4 cup green onions for garnish
  • 1/4 cup celery for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and golden brown on top.
  2. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, garnish with optional green onions or celery, and serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
