Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, garnish with optional green onions or celery, and serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips!
