Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to combine until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the mixture until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches).
Baking
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bread for dipping.
Notes
For a time-saving hack, use rotisserie chicken. Prepare in advance and store in the fridge. Reheat in the oven before serving.
