  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (about 1 can of shredded chicken) You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Extra cheese can be added for a gooier texture.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste slices sliced green onions for garnish Optional garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to combine until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the mixture until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches).
Baking
  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bread for dipping.

Notes

For a time-saving hack, use rotisserie chicken. Prepare in advance and store in the fridge. Reheat in the oven before serving.
