  • 1 can 15 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the diced green onions, if using.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter and pour in the corn mixture.
Baking
  1. Place your casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding spices like cayenne pepper or paprika. This dish can be made ahead of time, and leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
