Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) to create the flavorful garlic butter mixture. Mix well.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
- After 25-30 minutes, remove the foil and pour the remaining garlic butter over the chicken. Switch to broil mode and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and has crispy edges.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed broccoli or green beans, fluffy rice or creamy mashed potatoes, and a crisp green salad. For better results, allow the chicken to rest after baking to keep it juicy.
