Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Form small balls, each about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken balls are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and toss well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serving
- Once the chicken balls are ready, serve them atop the creamy Parmesan pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, ensure chicken balls are moist but not too wet. You can substitute ground chicken with turkey or lean beef. For extra creaminess, substitute half and half for the heavy cream.
