  • 4 pieces ripe peaches Choose peaches that give slightly under gentle pressure
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil For brushing on the cut side
For Serving
  • 1 cup caramel sauce Homemade or store-bought is fine
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream Optional topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream For fancy presentation
  • 1/4 cup toasted nuts Optional for additional crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut side of the peaches with melted butter or oil.
Grilling
  1. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
  2. Grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear and they start to caramelize.
  3. Carefully flip the peaches and grill for an additional minute if desired.
  4. Remove from the grill when soft and fragrant.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled peaches warm topped with caramel sauce.
  2. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and nuts, if using.

Notes

Choose ripe yellow peaches for best flavor. For extra indulgence, try additions like cinnamon, honey, or pecans. Serve immediately for best taste.
