- Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then carefully flip the quesadilla when golden brown.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.

Serve with various dips like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. Customize toppings and create a 'quesadilla bar' for fun. Can freeze leftover quesadillas and reheat in the oven for best texture.
