  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until creamy.
Coloring the Mixture
  1. Take half of the cream cheese mixture and set it aside in a separate bowl.
  2. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the remaining mixture and mix until you reach your desired shade of green.
Layering
  1. Spoon alternating layers of the plain white and green filling into the pie crust.
  2. Use a knife or a toothpick to gently swirl them together, creating a marbled effect.
Chilling
  1. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours, allowing it to set.
Serving
  1. Once set, serve the pie chilled and add whipped cream on top if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Let thaw in the fridge overnight to reheat.
