Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them.

Baking
  1. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
