  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 1 cup canned or rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for extra zing)
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing (or blue cheese). Blend well.
  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese (if using). Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or an oven-safe skillet and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or warm pita chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
