Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a rolling pin.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Rub olive oil on the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and the seasoning mix.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, do not skip resting the chicken after baking. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to four days, or freeze for up to two months.
