Ingredients
  

For the dip
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can swap with regular yogurt, but it will be runnier
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers Use red and orange for sweetness
  • 1 envelope zesty ranch seasoning For additional flavor
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese Optional for creaminess
  • 1 cup optional add-ins (black beans, jalapeños, carrots) Customize to your taste

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in the chopped bell peppers and any optional add-ins you prefer.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Do not freeze.
