Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked pasta Use any type of pasta you prefer.
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced Leftover turkey works well.
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled Can use turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Fresh or roasted can be used.
  • 1 cup celery, diced Add for crunch and freshness.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Adjust amount to taste.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 avocado diced For creaminess.
  • 1 cup corn, roasted Add a hint of sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Pepper jack or cheddar recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced celery.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve in bowls or lettuce wraps, and enjoy!

Notes

This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. It’s best served fresh but can also be enjoyed slightly warm.
