  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • to taste sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
  • as needed tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, adding blue cheese if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
Serving
  1. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired, then serve hot with tortilla chips.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. You can freeze the dip for up to 2 months in a freezer-safe container.
