Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making them slightly thicker in the center.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast your hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
