Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making them slightly thicker in the center.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast your hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assembly
- Place each chicken burger on a bun and top with your favorite toppings such as avocado slices, sliced tomatoes, or a drizzle of spicy mayo.
- Dig in and enjoy your homemade White Cheddar & Spinach Chicken Burgers!
Notes
Keep the burgers moist by not overcooking them. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness. Feel free to customize the seasoning with herbs and spices!
