  1. Start by peeling the oranges and grapefruit. Cut between the membranes to release the segments, catching the juice in a bowl.
  2. Core the apples and chop them into bite-sized pieces. To prevent browning, toss the apple chunks with a bit of lemon juice.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the citrus segments, diced apples, and pomegranate seeds.
  2. If using honey, drizzle it over the mixture to add sweetness.
  3. Toss the salad gently to keep the fruit intact and coated evenly with honey.
